Rainbow Snippets: 22 October 2016 - From 'Invocation'

Saturday's here again! Time for more Rainbow Snippets.

Today I'm sharing a snippet from my forthcoming (26th Oct) release Invocation.

This MM paranormal/fantasy short (coming from Torquere Press) tells of a young man attempting a purification ritual under the light of a Harvest Moon... until an attractive stranger arrives and refuses to go away.

When the man lowered his gaze once more, Altair found himself looking deep into viridian eyes tinged with gold. He’d seen such flecks in the eyes of the coven elders, but never so pronounced as this. Whoever the man was, he was powerful. And gorgeous. Ebony hair framed his face, hanging past his shoulders in long, gentle waves. The darkness of his hair and the paleness of his skin highlighted those stunning eyes, making them appear iridescent. There was no way anyone who saw that face and those eyes could ever forget them. One thing was certain: the man was a stranger to him.
