It took me a couple of episodes to get into Arthdal Chronicles, but then I was hooked. The world building is nicely handled. The characters, once you get your head around all of them and their roles/positions, are interesting and well developed throughout and the pacing was generally good despite it being a long series (18 x 80 min episodes). I was definitely engaged until the end and I am giving it 4.5 stars. Recommended for those who like high fantasy that also nods at real history along the way.
