The Husky and his White Cat Shizun Vol. 6 was a great continuation of the story. With their feelings finally confessed, things started to heat up between Mo Ran and Chu Wanning in this volume. The story also progressed in terms of the political landscape and the machinations of Xu Shuanglin and the shadowy figure backing him. We were left wondering at the end what would happen to Mo Ran's secret if the truth behind Xu Shuanglin is revealed, so I am eagerly awaiting the next volume to see how the story continues. Looking at the chapter numbers, we are past the halfway mark in the story now, so I am guessing the series will run to about eleven volumes in total. I am giving this volume 4.5 stars.
