Officer Black Belt was an entertaining watch. It's described as an action-comedy, but while it started with some comedy, it became more serious as the story progressed. The pacing was good throughout, as were the performances by the main cast. I thought it struck a good balance between action, humour and emotion. Perhaps I wouldn't rush to rewatch, but it was enjoyable to see once and I recommend it to fans of action movies with a crime drama bent. I am giving it four stars.
