The Frog was a captivating thriller. It started slowly, but it was worth sticking with it because from the midway point things really kicked off. This is a show you need to watch with your full attention, especially as the narrative slips back and forth between two timelines, often with no clear demarcation of this save for the characters present in each. This fact, coupled with the slower pacing, might put off some viewers, but I don't mind that personally as long as the intensity and interest is maintained throughout, which it was in this case. The cast all gave nuanced performances, and the editing was sharp and appealing. Overall, I am giving it 4.5 stars.
