A new group of evacuees arrive on Jeju Island, the zombie-free safe haven; they've never faced zombies before, but their luck is about to run out. (Synopsis)
If you enjoyed season 1 of Zombieverse there is still something to enjoy in season 2. However, I did feel that some of the narrative elements were not as strong in this second season, despite some really fun tasks and set pieces along the way. I was happy when Dex reappeared, as he can always be relied on for some good action moments. However, some of the new cast members, such as Eun-bi, did not work so well, failing in acting and presenting a compelling personality within the story. One of my favourite moments was the zombie obstacle course in the dark; that was pretty compelling viewing as the cast made their way through. Overall, this was still entertaining despite not working 100% as well as season 1, so I am still giving it three stars.
